If a reservation is cancelled:

15 days or more prior to the arrival date, no fee is charged

14 to 3 days prior to the arrival date, 33% of the total cost of the stay is charged

2 to 1 days or less prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged

HIGH SEASON
If a reservation is cancelled:

22 days or more prior to the arrival date, no fee is charged

21 to 11 days prior to the arrival date, 33% of the total cost of the stay is charged

10 to 3 prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged

2 to 1 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged

In case of no-show (no stay) or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged
