Confirmation Policy:
In order to confirm a reservation, the hotel’s reservation department requires the client’s credit card details. The card will not be charged without the presence of the client, except for the cases in which a cancellation or a change in reservation dates has been made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.
If a client does not wish to supply us with his/her credit card details, prepayment of an amount stipulated by our hotel must be made via deposit to our bank account. In this case, the reservation will be confirmed once we have received the deposit slip via fax or e-mail. |
