Kythira or Hora The beautiful capital of the island, the town of Kythira, built in front of the imposing castle, is an amazing resort. Whitewashed houses, narrow alleys, arches and campaniles that follow the traditional architectural order compose a scenic insular icon. Livadi Livadi is a traditional settlement outspread on a basin, full of houses, mansions and other substructure projects from the period of the English Dominance.
Mylopotamos Mylopotamos is a traditional village that pulses with lush verdure and running waters. The sycamore trees, the beautiful church of Agios Haralambos and the castle always impress the visitors.
Potamos Potamos is the largest village of the island of Kythira and therefore is the commercial center of Kythira. The small pine forest at the entrance of the village, the stone paved square and the traditional houses and mansions is a summer resort for the inhabitants.
Karavas Karavas is one of the most beautiful villages of the island, built among almond trees, sycamore trees and running waters.
