The ruins of the ancient sanctuary, the village Volada, the ruins of the three castles and the churches of Agios Georgios and Panagia, at the village of Aperi.
The ruins of the paleochristian basilic, the castle Paleocastro and the scenic village Finiki, at the village of Arkassa.
The Mycenaean grave and the churches of Agios Nikolaos, Zoodohos Pigi and Agios Vasilios at the village of Diafani.

The festival of Evagelismos on March the 25th, as well as several other saint festivals at Hora.
The cultural events on August, organized by the cultural union "Omonia" and the festival of "Klidonas" on June the 24th, at Aperi.

Karpathos or Pigadia Pigadia is the capital and the main port of the island of Karpathos. At the entrance of the port the rock with the relics of remains of the acropolis dominates. All around you can see the traditional houses and skirmished on the mountain you can see the settlements Menetes, Othos, Volada.
Amoopi The village of Amoopi is a tourist resort full of small gulfs, sandy coasts and craggy bays.
Aperi The village of Aperi used to be the capital of the island of Karpathos. Situated in the hollow of a slope of a mountain the settlement is not visible from the sea and it is considered to be a settlement of very high spiritual profile.
Makris Gialos The village of Makris Gialos is a tourist region that pulses with sandy coasts, green and blue waters and an infinite arid plain.
Mesohori The village of Mesohori is a very beautiful settlement that offers an impeccable view to the sunset and the limitless ocean. Hanging over the sea, the settlement is full of old and new houses, narrow alleys, steps and running waters.
Lefkos Lefkos is a coastal village with small gulfs and sandy beaches where during the summer months beautiful lilies bloom all over the settlement.

| TRANSPORTATION: |
BY FERRY: From Piraeus to the port of Karpathos, there are frequent timetables on summer, while in winter the itineraries are more rare. The duration of the journey is 10 hours and 20 minutes. Karpathos is also connected with Crete, the Cyclades islands and the other Dodekanese islands.

BY AIRPLANE: From the Eleftherios Venizelos airport at Spata to the island of Karpathos, there are flights all through the year. The duration of the flight is 1 hour and 20 minutes. The airport is located at a distance of 15 km from the capital of the island of Karpathos.
