Apollonia
Apollonia, built on three hills, is the capital of the island and it follows the traditional Cycladic architectural order. Whitewashed houses, narrow alleys and campaniles, compose an extremely scenic icon.
Artemonas
The settlement of Artemonas is joined with the settlement of Apollonia and the two villages are almost identical.
Vathi
Vathi is a traditional village built on a sandy anchorage, surrounded by olive groves and crofts.
Kamares
Kamares is an exceptionally picturesque village, built at a port and it pulses with white houses, scenic churches and ceramic workshops.
Kastro
Kastro is the most beautiful resort of the island of Sifnos. The village is skirmished on a hill in the center of the east coast and it has maintained an interesting medieval style.
Platis Gialos
Platis Gialos is a fisherman village and a famous tourist resort of the island, gifted with an extended magnificent beach and surrounded by a verdant landscape.
Hrissopigi
Hrissopigi is one of the most appealing villages of the island of Sifnos and of the Cyclades cluster, in general. At the small peninsula, the monastery of Panagia predominates, while the surrounding little gulfs with the crystal waters compose an attractive icon.

BY FERRY:
From Piraeus to the island of Sifnos, there are frequent timetables on summer, while in winter the itineraries are more rare. The duration of the journey is 5 hours. There are also boat itineraries from the port of Rafina as well as speedboat itineraries. Sifnos is also connected with Ios, Kimolos, Kythnos, Milos, Santorini, Serifos, Sikinos, Folegandros, Paros, Syros, Tinos, Evia and Attica.
